Connection characteristics

Web1on1 uses the WEBSOLVE API for this connection. When a customer contacts the dealer, the available data is forwarded to the API and the relevant customer data is retrieved. This data is displayed in Web1on1 so that every employee immediately knows which customer they are talking to.

WEBSOLVE uses the Web1on1 API to send digital messages to which the customer can reply. In this way, the follow-up of those messages is ensured. Follow-up can also be automated with Web1on1's smart bot technology.
