Connection characteristics

SaySimple uses the WEBSOLVE API for this link. When a customer contacts us, the available data is forwarded to the API and the relevant customer data is looked up based on that data.

This data is displayed in SaySimple so that every employee immediately knows which customer they are having a conversation with. WEBSOLVE uses the SaySimple API to send digital messages to which the customer can reply. In this way, the follow-up of those messages is ensured.
