Connection characteristics

Once a lead arrives at WEBSOLVE and the lead data includes a phone number, it can be forwarded to Calldrip.

Based on that, Calldrip will call the salesperson after which they will be "whispered" the basic information of the lead. The connection is then established with the customer. This way, the customer often has a sales rep on the line within a minute of expressing interest!
